Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping fee: ₹99 on all orders
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order on our website or the courier's website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pin codes across India. COD orders may take an additional 1–2 business days to process.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. During sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Threads&Thrills is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
